Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SASI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 23/2/2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court once in a weeks i.e. On every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders.

Apart from that the offences mentioned in the charge sheet i.e. 120B,447,379,434,420,465,467,468 and 471 of IPC,r/w 109 and 114 of IPC and Section 3(1) & 4 of TNP (PD&L) Act, 1992 & Section 3(a),4(a) and 6 of Explusive Substance Act 1908 shall be incorporated in the order dated 23.2.2017 in Crl OP(MD)No.1917/17 and issue fresh order copy.
