PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, To Quash the Charge Sheet filed by the 1st respondent police in CC No. 269/2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court. ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No. 269 of 2022 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagnagai District seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 352, 427, 506(2) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioners.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.269 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District is hereby quashed as against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3. 2/4
