This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the investigation of the Crime in FIR No.46 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent be transferred to the file of the second respondent to investigate and file a charge sheet in respect of all the offences involved.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) filed a counter affidavit.

4. The counter affidavit clearly informs various findings of commission of offences through investigation in this case.
5. Finding no merit, this petition stands dismissed. M.P(MD) No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
