No. 12056 of 2015 dated 05.07.2016, W.P.No. 15630 of 2021 and G.O.(2D) No. 23, Emvironment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2-II) Department dated 04.03.2022 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Jenitha, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.
Baskaran Addl Government Pleader for the Respondents, this Court made the following order: On earlier occasion, this Court by its order dated, 18.07.2022 in WP(MD).No.15518 of 2022 issued a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.9708 of 2014, dated 12.09.2014 , W.A.No.1703 of 2014, dated 20.01.2015, SLP (Civil) No.12056 of 2015, dated 05.07.2016. Pursuant to which order was passed. However, the present Sub Application is filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner's representation was not considered as per the earlier order of this Court.
2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's earlier representation was considered and the same has been rejected by the respondents, this Sub Application is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is closed.
