Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that there is a family dispute between the parties. He further submitted that, during the course of enquiry, the defacto complainant did not cooperate with the enquiry, while the petitioners appeared before the respondent police. He also submitted that the defacto complainant has withdrawn the complaint against the petitioners and, consequently, the complaint has been closed.

2. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
