ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has given a representation seeking reclassification of the petition mentioned land. According to him, the error that crept into the revenue records, was challenged by him by filing a civil suit in O.S.No.72 of 2008 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, karaikudi. The petitioner would state that he obtained decree in his favour and that till date, the declaratory Judgment passed by the jurisdictional Court has not been enforced. It is not known as to whether the said Judgment has attained finality. In any event, it is for the second respondent to pass final orders on the petition mentioned representation. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, states that within a period of ten weeks, the petition mentioned representation will be disposed of and an order will be passed.
