[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to secure and produce the person or body of the detenu, petitioner's son namely Vijayakumar S/o. S.B.Velmaniraj (Late), aged about 30 years and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the detenu has been arrested in connection with the case in Crime No.8 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 I.P.C. on the file of the 4th respondent.
