ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for further period of three months, in the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in Cr.M.P.No.1829 of 2019 in STC.No.350 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, (Fast Track Court), Madurai.

2. On the undertaking given by the petitioners, the appellate Court has refixed the time. The petitioners have now approached this Court without approaching the appellate Court for extension of time.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to certain financial crisis, the petitioners were not able to comply with the condition imposed in the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in Cr.M.P.No.1829 of 2019 in STC.No.350 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, (Fast Track Court), Madurai and that they only require breathing time.

4. The petitioners are directed to approach the concerned Court and explain his reasons. The concerned Magistrate is directed to appreciate the same humanistically and pass appropriate orders which the matter deserves. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
