For Respondent : Mr.S.S. Manoj, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To modify condition No.(b) as deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- instead of deposit amount of Rs.10,00,000/- jointly passed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.4045/2025 dated 05.11.2025 and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the condition No. 6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.4045/2025 dated 05.11.2025 is modified as follows: (b) The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.01 of 2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District. On such deposit, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners shall pay the balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/- in equal monthly instalments on or before 10th day of every English Calender month.

On such deposit, the learned Magistrate shall deposit the same in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any one of the nationalized Banks initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order / Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No. 01 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment.
