ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of his daughters, namely, Keerthana, aged about 9 years and Sudharsana, aged about 6 years.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, the respondent Police produced the two detenues before this Court. When we interacted with them, they submitted that they want to go along with their mother / 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent is also present before this Court. 3.In view of the aforestated, we feel that this Habeas Corpus Petition may be closed permitting the detenues to go along with their mother. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. Since it is the family dispute and already the petitioner filed a petition in G.W.O.P.No.254 of 2022

against the 3rd respondent before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, which is still pending, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the said Court.
