Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are willing to pay costs (to be fixed by this Court), to anyone of the orphanages/trusts.

4. Under such circumstances, time for complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.19416 of 2016 dated 07.10.2016 is extended for further period of two weeks from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, subject to the condition that each of the petitioners pays a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) as costs to "Harijana Sangam, Dr.Thangaraj Salai, K.K.Nagar, (Near Law College), Madurai-20 on or before 17.11.2016. which, this order shall stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
