No.773/2017 dated 31/01/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KARMEGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Anticipatory bail was granted by this Court as per order dated 31.01.2017, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 15.02.2017 onwards.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police only three weeks, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
