ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody from 03.06.2018 for the offences under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.122 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) strongly opposed the grant of bail by pointing out the antecedents of the petitioner. This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. It is alleged that the petitioner came in a volkswagen Car, got down and threatened the petitioner to part with a sum of Rs.1,500/-. The contents of the FIR do not inspire the confidence of this Court. This observation is now made only for the purpose of granting bail and this observation shall not be taken advantage for any other purpose in future.
3. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani.

(ii)the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560].
