COMMON ORDER The petitioners in the writ petitions are tenants under the 3rd respondent.
2. Admittedly, there was a dispute between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent regarding the tenancy. Hence, the petitioners are seeking separate service connection in their name.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he has sent a letter to the petitioner through RPAD and it was returned that there is no such addressee.
4. Therefore, the writ petitions are dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners, if the same issue arises to the petitioners in future. 22.09.2023 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No tmg 3/4
