O R D E R

The petition is filed to change and appoint any other Investigation Officer instead of the third respondent and expeditiously file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.328 of 2009 on the file of the 3rd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 27.03.2015 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
