ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 354(C), 294(b),323,506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Sections 66 E and 67 A of Information Technology Act in Crime No.8 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegal intimacy with the defacto complainant. Taking advantage of the defacto complainant's husband in abroad for employment the petitioner had taken video of the illegal relationship and started threatening the defacto complainant for continuous sexual intercourse. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed for anticipatory bail. He would also submit that due to political vengeance a false case has been foisted against the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has taken the video of the defacto complainant and started harassing her for sexual intercourse. Hence opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is heinous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
