2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 12.12.2016 onwards and the petitioner was charged under Sections 306 and 304(B) also and the investigation is still pending.
3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Monday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 10/01/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
