ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P. (MD). No.36 of 2026 in Crl OP.(MD). No.21993 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 31 days and that the charge sheet has been filed.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl M.P.(MD). No.36 of 2026 in Crl OP.(MD). No.21993 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required.
