ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.212 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 within a reasonable time on the file of T.Kallupatti Police Station at Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 29.08.2017, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
