Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition mentioned representation.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The fourth respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in 2/3

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
