[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the Fast Track Mahalir Neethimandram, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, vide Judgment dated 17.11.2023 in S.C.No.115 of 2016, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners have failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
