This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law in Crime No.162 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nesamony Nagar Police Station, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, on 03.02.2016.
