ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.23 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his brother was found dead in a railway track and he suspects his sister-in-law (wife of the deceased). He also submits about certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

family dispute between the petitioner's brother and his wife and suspects that it will be a case of murder.

4. This case is of the recent origin and the investigation appears to be in a early stage. This Court therefore directs the petitioner to part with such material information to Deputy Superintendent of Police, Nagercoil, who shall receive such information and also shall monitor the course of investigation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
