Crl.O.P(MD)No.2378/2020 2.On notice, the fourth respondent produced the alleged victim girl, by name, R.Vimala, D/o Ramu aged about 21 years before this Court. This Court enquired the alleged victim girl. She admitted that the marriage between the petitioner and herself took place on 31.12.2019 at Manicka Valliamman Kovil, Kurinjakulam and that she expressed her intention to go along with her husband, the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
