To Suspend the sentence of two years simple imprisonment for offence under section 420 of Indian Penal Code imposed against the Petitioner by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No. II Sivagangai by judgement dated 22.04.2014 vide C.C No. 4/2013 and confirmed by the Fast Track Mahila Court Sivagangai by judgement dated 14.10.2016 vide C.A No. 24/2014 and enlarge the Petitioner on bail pending disposal of R.C and pass such other appropriate order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SHANMUGA RAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side), the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.
2. Heard both side and perused the medical records submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the fact that there is no adverse remarks in complying the present condition by the petitioner and also considering the period of condition complied by this petitioner, the earlier condition is totally relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
