Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Crime No.409 of 2015 registered on the file of the second respondent. It is rather sad to note that an FIR is kept pending for seven long years. The petitioner alleges that there was impersonation in the matter of registeriation of a document.

3.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to issue proceedings transferring the case from the file of the second respondent to Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell. Such proceedings shall be issued forthwith and without any delay. The Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell shall investigate the petitioner's complaint and file the final report on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months after the files are received.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
