ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the judgment passed in C.A.No.75 of 2017 dt.8.12.2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court(FTC) Nagercoil, confirming the judgment passed by the FTC(Magisterial Level)No.I, Nagercoil, in S.T.C.No.292 of 2015, dated 29.04.2017, convicting him to undergo one year simple imprisonment and to pay a compensation of Rs.9,50,000/-. 2.The matter has been earlier settled between the parties. In view of the settlement arrived, the petitioner was directed to deposit 5% of the agreed amount to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Authority and the same was deposited by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the voucher for the same. 3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this criminal revision case is allowed. The judgment passed in C.A.No.75 of 2017 dt. 8.12.2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court(FTC) Nagercoil, as well as the judgment passed by the FTC(Magisterial Level)No.I, Nagercoil, in S.T.C.No.292 of 2015, dated 29.04.2017, 2/4
