2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact the petitioner belongs to other State and is studying final year college and the allegation made against the petitioner is that he supplied the arms to the other accused, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
