Mr.T.R.Prithivi Raj Prayer: To Modify the condition imposed on me i.e.the condition in point no.6 clause (e) to permit me to report before any other Police Station in the jurisdiction of Karappakkam, Chennai instead of to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 23499 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23499 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in Karapakkam, Chennai, and is taking care of her son, who is studying in the 12th standard, and whose final examinations are going to commence shortly. Hence, the petitioner prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23499 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report and sign before the Inspector of Police, Karappakkam Police Station, Chennai, for two Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

4. Accorindly, this petition is allowed.
