This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent and third respondents or their subordinates, who are acting under them to not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering into the civil disputes by misusing their official capacity without following the due process of law and to take action against them on the basis of the petitioner's representation before the first respondent dated 05.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment. He would further submit that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.

4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
