2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
