ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.461 of 2015 on his file. 2.Today when the matter came up before me, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already final report has been filed in Crime No.461 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alankulam, Tirunelveli District and the matter is taken on in P.R.C.No.37 of 2019.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), no further adjudication is necessary in this case. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
