Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court against the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19740/2016 dated 14.10.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.VAMANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the

condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e. on the 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday commencing from December,2016, until further orders. In addition, the petitioner is also required to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
