Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
