This petition has been filed by the accused No.2 to quash the FIR in Cr.No.68 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that during pendency of this petition, a charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in PRC.No.122 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil. He further submitted that the petitioner herein, along with other accused persons have filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.11626 of 2015 to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.122 of 2014 as the matter has been compromised and this Court by order dated 22.07.2015 has recorded the compromise https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and quashed the proceedings in PRC.No.122 of 2014 and hence, nothing

survives for further adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
