O R D E R

The petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.423 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation in Crime No.423 of 2018 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and the same has also been taken on file as S.T.C.No.10 of 2019.

3. Under such circumstances, since the investigation in Crime No.423 of 2018 has been completed and the final report has also been filed and the matter has been taken cognizance of by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

competent Court, this Court is of the view that the First Information Report, at this stage, cannot be quashed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
