Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate, (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
