This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents-1 to 3 to not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition seeking for a similar direction.
