ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry in view of the representation/legal notice, dated 03.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
