OP(MD) No. 18160 of 2016 dated 06.10.2016 in Crime NO. 1468 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent that the condition of appearance imposed by this Court has been complied with. It is further represented that Charge Sheet in PRC No.137 of 2016 has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai.
3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court on 06.10.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the said Court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. Once the matter is committed, the Committal Court is directed to take up the case on day to-day basis without adjourning
the same beyond 10 working days at any point of time and bring the issue to a logical end.
