Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIVEKANANDAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to amend the offence in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.101 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the anticipatory bail petition, he had mentioned the Court name as Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai instead of mentioning as 'Special Court, Land Grabbing Cases, Ramanathapuram'.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the order and issue a fresh copy, to the parties concerned and time is also https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1992 of 2023 extended further for a period of two weeks, from the date on which the order is copy made ready. Thereafter, no further extension will be given.
