ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, enquiry was conducted and subsequently, action was dropped.
