This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to provide police protection while measuring the property of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and after conducting investigation it was closed. 4.In view of the said submission, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
