ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged against the petitioner was registered in C.S.R. No.93 of 2021 and it is pending for enquiry.

3.Since the grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent police is harassing him, the first respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
