ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 21.01.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No. 535 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.10.2018 when the defacto complainant was returning home, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have waylaid and put the knife on his neck and forcibly snatched the gold ornaments. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 3 cases pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ against the petitioner. Hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner and considering the fact that there is no change in facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
