This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in connection with Crime No.469 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent and direct the first respondent to entrust the same to any other competent officer under his jurisdiction.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the matter has been referred as Mistake of Fact and RCS notice has been served on the complainant.
