2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Court once in a month i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also as and when required, until further orders.
