ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.170 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigation agency and reinvestigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report has also been submitted and taken on file in PRC.No.14 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and the same is pending.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
