ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person, pursuant to the order, dated 27.12.2018, in Crl. M.P No. 3499 of 2018 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police on instructions submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, already a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.242 of 2019, dated 29.04.2019, by the 2nd respondent police and also produced a copy of the First Information Report.

3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
