2. The respondent police is present. The learned Government Advocate on instruction from the police represented that the petitioner No.1 Subbulakshmi, the petitioner NO.2 Madasamy Thevar, the petitioner No.4 Shanmugasundaram, the petitioner NO.5 Essakkimuthu, the petitioner No.6 Easakkipandy, the petitioner No.7 Venkatesh and the petitioner No.9 Peratchi Thevar are not the accused in the case in Crime No. 21 of 2015. 3. It is represented that Veerapandian the petitioner No.3 has been arrested by the police on 31.1.2015 and hence, this petition as against him is dismissed as infructuous.

4. As regards Sivanpandi the petitioner No.8, it is stated that he along with the arrested accused Veerapandian and Kandan had stolen the water motor from the defacto complainant's house and there are other cases against the said Sivanpandi. Taking into consideration the gravity of the allegation as against the petitioner No.8, this petition is dismissed as against him.
